What differentiates HSA providers

Health savings accounts (HSAs) are continuing to become more popular. In fact, the 2018 year-end Devenir study shows that HSA investment assets are up 23 percent year-over-year, reaching $10.2 billion in 2018.

This increased interest in HSAs, however, can sometimes be challenging for financial advisors and other professionals to determine the differences when selecting HSA providers.

Recently, Holly Doering-Powell, senior vice president, director of healthcare sales and client experience at UMB, sat down for a discussion with Matt Clarkin, principal at AccessPoint HSA, a company that educates, equips and assists financial services and employee benefit firms to maximize the opportunity available through HSAs.

Watch their brief discussion below to learn more about key differentiators between HSA providers and how UMB is uniquely and advantageously positioned within the space.
