Bryan Esarco, CPA, MST, CFE, CVA, CEPA is the Vice President of Business Planning Solutions at UMB Bank. He is an experienced strategic advisor for Business Value Growth and Transition/Exit Planning with more than 25 years in public accounting and academic instruction. Bryan has a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a master’s in taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Tracy Swaim serves as fraud governance and communication program manager at UMB Bank. In her role, she is responsible for compliance and governance activities tied to the fraud strategy group, as well as fraud awareness communications and training. She joined UMB in 2025 through the HTLF acquisition and has 10 years of experience in the fraud prevention space within financial services.

Daniel Callahan is senior vice president at UMB Bank, n.a. Capital Markets Division. He oversees sales and business development, focusing on expanding UMB’s presence in the Texas municipal market.

Michael P. Grace is senior vice president, commercial manager for UMB Bank Fort Worth. In this role, he is responsible for business development as well as managing new and existing client relationships, including project management, analyst, credit and client services activity.
