Angelica DeSimio joined UMB in 2022 and is Inclusion, Diversity, and Volunteerism Specialist at UMB Financial Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for championing opportunities for associates to engage with the community through volunteerism and philanthropy, along with supporting inclusion and diversity initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in art history from Earlham College and a Master of Public Administration degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
