Jeff is Senior Vice President, Dallas Commercial Banking Team Lead at UMB. Jeff has more than 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Texas in Denton. He also earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Lanie Sedlacek is SVP, Director of Treasury Sales at UMB. Lanie joined the UMB team in 2008 and has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has held her Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) accreditation since 2019 and earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas.

Chelsey Renfro is senior vice president, director of HCS Administration for UMB Healthcare Services. Chelsey has 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to her current role, Chelsey was manager of HCS operations and supervisor of HCS operations at UMB Bank. Chelsey is the recipient of the 2021 UMB Leadership award and is a graduate of the Central Exchange emerging leadership program.

Victoria Bernard is a vice president and senior financial analyst at UMB Bank, n.a. Capital Markets Division. She is responsible for providing asset liability management services to our clients.

Kristine Hoines is senior vice president and senior regional delivery manager at UMB Bank. She is responsible for leading branches in the Kansas City and North Kansas City region, which includes supporting associates and delivering an exceptional customer experience. She joined UMB in 2014 and has more than 22 years of experience in the financial services industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
