As the Director of Private Bank, David is responsible for the growth and support of new customer relationships as well as supervision of regional sales associates. He is also responsible for oversight and delivery of the financial planning discipline with the region.
Greg Carasik joined UMB in 2006 and serves as executive director of Capital Finance. He has more than 25 years in commercial finance. Doug Motl joined UMB in 2019 and serves as executive vice president and director of originations in the Capital Finance group. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Melissa Schaap, M.Ed., has been the corporate partnerships manager for Denver Botanic Gardens for 2.5 years. Here, she shares how the Gardens has pivoted its programming to continue providing value to the Colorado community and the role UMB has played.
Jake Zornes is a managing director in UMB Fund Services’ Alternative Investments office in Ogden, Utah. He manages a team responsible for product development for the firm’s proprietary software, AltPro®. In addition, he assists with business development activities, including product demonstrations for prospective clients. Jake has worked in the fund industry since 2007, including more than eight years with UMB. He holds a finance degree and an MBA, and is a certified public accountant.
Robert Faver joined UMB in 2011. As President for the Arizona Region, Mr. Faver is responsible for managing the Commercial Banking department and serving as the Chief Credit Officer for the region. Mr. Faver also supports the CEO in the management of the remaining employees in the region, as well as helping determine the long-term strategy for the region.
Brande Anderson is vice president and institutional investment management relationship manager, and she is the primary point of contact for institutional client relationships including nonprofit organizations, corporations and union pension plans. Alicia Beck is the philanthropy director at UMB Bank. She is responsible for building client relationships by assisting individuals and families with charitable planning, as well as private foundation management.
Steven Finklea is SVP/corporate trust regional manager at UMB.
Sean Boyea joined UMB Bank, n.a. in 2020, as senior vice president in the Capital Markets Division’s Public Finance Group. Sean provides particular expertise in funding municipal infrastructure, education and non-profit institutions, utility and project finance, transportation and healthcare initiatives. He received his Executive MBA from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management and holds FINRA Series 7, 53, and 63 licenses.
