Sean Boyea joined UMB Bank, n.a. in 2020, as senior vice president in the Capital Markets Division’s Public Finance Group. Sean provides particular expertise in funding municipal infrastructure, education and non-profit institutions, utility and project finance, transportation and healthcare initiatives. He received his Executive MBA from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management and holds FINRA Series 7, 53, and 63 licenses.
Todd H. Holder joined UMB Bank, n.a. in 2016. As Senior Vice President for our Capital Markets Division’s Public Finance Group. Todd is responsible for public finance efforts throughout the Midwest and South. His specialties include states, cities, counties, healthcare, higher education, public power, school districts, transportation, and water and sewer utilities. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Nebraska Wesleyan University, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 53, 79, and 63 licenses.
Jennifer Matney is senior vice president/director of operational risk management at UMB. In her role, she leads the contracts management and model risk management teams as well as oversees the corporate insurance program. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Business Management from Missouri Western State University, a Master of Arts in Economics, and a PhD in Economics and Public Administration, both from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
