Marisa Martinez serves as director of community development at UMB Bank. In this role, she is responsible for developing and managing UMB’s community development division, which includes a team of community bankers who provide financial education and banking solutions in underserved communities. Martinez has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and holds a master’s degree in public administration, a graduate degree in nonprofit leadership and a bachelor’s degree in social psychology from Park University. Martinez serves on the board of directors for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Kansas City Bank on Coalition, Cultural Arts Committee of Mattie Rhodes and Program & Educational Committee for School of Economics.
Ann Maurer serves as product manager and secretary for the registered fund solutions platform, UMB Fund Services’ turnkey solution for starting and servicing unlisted closed-end funds, such as interval and tender-offer funds. Ann has worked with a variety of investment companies, including open-end funds, closed-end funds, registered funds of funds, hedge funds and REITs. Since joining UMB in 1996, Ann has worked in several capacities in client services, product management and the transfer agency. Ann has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 26 securities licenses.
Tom is vice president, senior regional delivery manager in consumer banking at UMB.
Matt is national mortgage sales manager at UMB and helps lead the team of mortgage loan originators and implement UMB's mortgage sales strategy. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pittsburg State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University in St. Louis. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Stephen DuMont is senior vice president and investment officer at UMB Bank, n.a. Capital Markets Division. He is responsible for working with institutional clients regarding interest rate risk management issues and fixed income portfolio strategies that support client asset-liability directives. Winston Crowley is vice president at UMB Bank, n.a. Capital Markets Division. He covers the Colorado and western markets and is responsible for consulting institutional clients on the management of their fixed income portfolios.
