Stephen DuMont is senior vice president and investment officer at UMB Bank, n.a. Capital Markets Division. He is responsible for working with institutional clients regarding interest rate risk management issues and fixed income portfolio strategies that support client asset-liability directives.

Winston Crowley is vice president at UMB Bank, n.a. Capital Markets Division. He covers the Colorado and western markets and is responsible for consulting institutional clients on the management of their fixed income portfolios.

As director of financial planning, Ben is responsible for the development, execution, and oversight of financial planning for UMB Private Wealth clients.

Ben has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining UMB, Ben was vice president of financial planning at Waddell & Reed where he was responsible for leading the strategic initiatives focused on modernizing and enhancing the financial planning experience for the firm’s 900+ financial advisors and the clients they serve.

Ben attended University of Kansas, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Greater Kansas City Chapter of the Financial Planning Association. He holds Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses and is a Certified Financial Planner™.

Chad joined UMB in 2010 and has been a banker in the Kansas City metro since 1994. As a private banker, he has been serving clients’ wealth management needs since 2001. He attended Kansas State University, where he received bachelor’s degrees in business administration and journalism and mass communications. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.

Bryson serves as vice president, business banking relationship officer at UMB. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial service industry.

As a private banking client manager, Shelly is responsible for creating customized banking solutions for high-net-worth clients. She joined UMB Private Wealth Management in 2011 and has been with UMB since 2008.

James Mann joined UMB Financial Services, Inc. (UMBFSI) in 2021 as senior vice president in the Public Finance Municipal Advisory Group. James has over 21 years of experience in the municipal advisory space assisting cities, towns, counties, public utilities, school districts and special districts helping design and implement financial solutions.
