She has more than 20 years of wealth and financial management experience. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Marquette University.

Rich is custody project manager for UMB Fund Services' institutional custody division.

Nick Meletio is senior vice president at UMB Bank, n.a. Capital Markets Division. He is responsible for investment portfolio strategies, fixed-income securities selection and asset-liability management.

Tucker Brown is an investment officer at UMB Bank, n.a. Capital Markets Division. He is responsible for helping community banks manage their investment portfolios, interest rate risk and ALM.

He also provides equity analysis for the division’s portfolio managers and various committees. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Will attended the University of Kansas, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He attended graduate school at Avila University, earning a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance.

Shannon Johnson is executive vice president and chief administrative officer (CAO) at UMB Financial Corporation. In her role as CAO, Shannon serves as liaison with the Board of Directors. She previously held positions of increasing responsibility during her more than 20-year tenure with UMB. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Nebraska and is a certified Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®).

Ginny Housum is a senior vice president and bond trustee at UMB Bank. She is responsible for distressed municipal bond project financings, especially CCRCs and other senior housing issues, such as nursing homes. She joined UMB in 2003 and has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Colorado, Boulder, a J.D. from the University of Denver, and an LL.M. in taxation from New York University. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Minnesota.

Bill Shacklady is vice president, commercial card sales officer, at UMB Bank. He is responsible for optimizing card and automated payables solutions to improve client processes.
