Alicia Beck is the philanthropy director at UMB Bank. She is responsible for building client relationships by assisting individuals and families with charitable planning, as well as private foundation management. Alicia received her Master of Laws degree in taxation from Northwestern University, received her Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Kansas and is a graduate of Texas Christian University.

Greg Drose is executive vice president and executive director of business development at UMB Fund Services. He joined UMB in 2007 and has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He earned an MBA from Regis University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Texas A&M University.

Craig Sutherland is an assistant vice president and investment officer in the investment banking department at UMB, helping community banks manage their bond portfolios. Craig has been at UMB two years and in the industry for 10. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.

Stephen DuMont joined UMB Bank in 2007 and is an assistant vice president and investment officer in the UMB Investment Banking Division. He is responsible for investment portfolio strategies and consultation, fixed-income securities selection and asset-liability management. He has passed Levels I and II of the Chartered Financial Analyst exams and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Stephen DuMont is senior vice president and investment officer at UMB Bank, n.a. Capital Markets Division. He is responsible for working with institutional clients regarding interest rate risk management issues and fixed income portfolio strategies that support client asset-liability directives.

Rick Menchaca joined UMB Bank, n.a. in 2019, as a senior vice president for the Capital Markets Division’s Public Finance Group. His primary focus is on UMB’s continued growth and business development in the state of Texas. Rick has been in public finance since 2011, after having a 22-year career in city management. In the past eight years, he has been involved in more than 375 bond transactions with more than $13 billion in par value. Rick holds the FINRA Series 52 and 63 licenses.

Jennifer Boxberger is assistant vice president and senior investment product analyst in UMB’s Private Wealth Management division.

Jenny Rucker is a senior vice president and private banker for UMB Bank.

John R. Wendling joined UMB Bank, n.a. in 2019, as senior vice president for the Investment Banking Division’s Public Finance Group. John maintains a specialty in the higher education and non-profit sector as well as public-private partnerships, where he provides national coverage for UMB. John has more than 13 years of public finance experience having completed more than $3.5 billion in financings since 2006 across multiple sectors and types of debt offerings. In bringing his extensive experience to UMB, he is proud to provide astute and well-reasoned investment banking services, including structuring and marketing negotiated municipal underwritings and private placements, to UMB’s higher education, nonprofit, municipal, healthcare and corporate issuers/borrowers. He is a consistent speaker and contributor at many industry conferences including NACUBO, CACUBO, OACUBO, CDFA and more. John earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Duke University, and holds FINRA Series 7, 52, 63 and 79.
