Bill Shacklady is vice president, commercial card sales officer, at UMB Bank. He is responsible for optimizing card and automated payables solutions to improve client processes.
Dave Paldino is a senior client relationship manager for UMB Institutional Custody. He has more than 30 years of financial services experience, with most of his tenure spent working in the dual capacities of custody operations and relationship management, while serving the custody needs of insurance companies, registered mutual funds and other pooled investment vehicles. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Framingham State University.
Mark Winker is senior vice president and commercial banking team lead in the St. Louis region.
Kevin Macke joined UMB in 2001 and is executive vice president of operations. In this role, he oversees technology services, property services, corporate security and bank operations, including payments, security, deposit and loan processing. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Gavin Wilkinson joined UMB’s corporate trust team in 2013. As senior vice president, Gavin’s responsibilities include leading a team of workout specialists committed to maximizing investor recoveries, both in and out of bankruptcy. Gavin has more than 22 years of experience in handling the administration of diverse portfolios of distressed and defaulted debt securities, including municipal bonds, corporate notes and tribal bonds. Tina Vitale joined UMB’s corporate trust team in 2019. As senior vice president, Tina’s responsibilities include a dual role of national sales manager, overseeing new corporate trustee, escrow and successor trustee closings, and workout specialist, focusing on the corporate sector and strategic collaborations with our law firm partners. Tina has more than 15 years of progressive corporate trust and agency experience across Canada and the United States.
Phil Mason joined UMB in June 2005 and services as executive vice president of Institutional Banking.
Jim joined UMB in 2012 and is president of Institutional Banking, which incorporates investor solutions, public finance, investment banking, corporate trust, distressed debt and the FDIC sweep program. Prior to his current role, Jim served as president of Institutional Banking and Investor Services.
Alicia Beck is the philanthropy director at UMB Bank. She is responsible for building client relationships by assisting individuals and families with charitable planning, as well as private foundation management. Alicia received her Master of Laws degree in taxation from Northwestern University, received her Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Kansas and is a graduate of Texas Christian University.
Greg Drose is executive vice president and executive director of business development at UMB Fund Services. He joined UMB in 2007 and has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He earned an MBA from Regis University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Texas A&M University.
