Nikki joined UMB in 2019 as president of UMB Private Wealth
Management (PWM). In this role, he is responsible for the
development and strategic execution of PWM initiatives,
including driving service and revenue goals and managing
senior leadership teams in the division.
Heather joined UMB Financial Corporation in 2002 and is executive vice president and Chief Marketing Officer. She is responsible for all marketing initiatives and communication programs for the company.
Doug Pagliaro is senior vice president and executive director of the FDIC sweep program at UMB Bank. He is responsible for driving growth of the FDIC sweep program as well as expansion of UMB’s banking services in the fintech space. He joined UMB in 2010 and has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from The George Washington University.
Michael LaPlant is senior vice president of UMB Banks’ agribusiness division, which has been serving customers for more than 100 years. He joined UMB in 2014 and has held roles of increasing responsibility and leadership. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and banking, with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Missouri. He also attended the University of Missouri Agricultural Lenders School.
Darren Herrmann is executive vice president and treasurer for UMB Financial Corporation and UMB Bank. He is responsible for managing the company’s available for sale fixed income investment portfolio, liquidity management, interest rate risk management, funds transfer pricing, institutional funding and pricing, wholesale funding, enterprise risk stress testing, and capital planning. He joined UMB in 1993 and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Darren holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri.
John Damiris, is senior vice president and commercial banking team lead at UMB Bank in Phoenix.

Brian Vogt has been CEO of Denver Botanic Gardens since April 2007. In that time, attendance has grown to over 1.3 million per year, programs have been launched to address access to food in urban areas, a comprehensive diversity and inclusion project has been integrated into daily activity, the Center for Global Initiatives was launched, focusing on plant research and crop genetics, and an exhibit program has curated works by legends such as Henry Moore, Dale Chihuly and Alexander Calder. He is an active participant with many civic organizations in the Denver area and speaks frequently on intentional culture, regeneration, adaptation and leadership. He holds a BA in Classical Antiquity from the University of Colorado.
