James Rine (Jim) is president of UMB Financial Corporation and president and CEO of UMB Bank, n.a. As UMB Bank CEO, Jim is responsible for the bank’s revenue generation and operations, including commercial and personal banking, institutional services, wealth management, information and technology, and credit administration.

Mr. Stone serves as vice president, financial center manager and is responsible for leading the execution of sales and client experience within the financial center. He joined UMB in 2005. Stone earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Baker University in Baldwin, Kan.

Zachary (Zach) Fee joined UMB in 2002 and currently serves as president of treasury management and commercial banking verticals.

Mr. Kelley is managing director of fixed income at UMB and is responsible for overseeing the product development and management of the fixed income holdings for the Wealth Management division. Mr. Kelley earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Baker University in Kansas City.

Dennis Knop is a vice president and external corporate fraud investigator of UMB Bank, n.a. He has worked for UMB for 20 years, and 14 years of that in fraud investigation. He has a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Mr. Knop is a Certified Fraud Examiner and currently serves as the chairperson of the Midwest Financial Fraud Investigators Group in St. Louis, Mo.

Ms. Flores serves as senior vice president and Chief Information Security Officer, providing oversight of UMB’s information security and privacy programs. She joined UMB in 2010 and more than 15 years of experience in information technology and information security. She attended Kansas State University with a focus on management information systems and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Mr. Watson serves as president of the UMB Agribusiness Division. He joined UMB in August of 2005 and has also served as the president of the UMB Kansas region. Watson is a graduate of Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana with a major in Psychology. He has also attended The Colorado School of Banking, The National Commercial Lending School (where he has also been an instructor), and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Mariner Kemper is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UMB Financial Corporation. He has been with the company for nearly 30 years and has served many roles including president of UMB Bank Colorado, n.a. and executive vice president of UMB Financial Corporation.

Since taking the helm in 2004, Mariner has kept a tight rein on risk and built a large asset management and fee-based services business, and has positioned UMB as a top-performing regional bank.
