Kristine Batch is senior vice president and senior regional delivery manager at UMB Bank. She is responsible for leading branches in the Kansas City and North Kansas City region, which includes supporting associates and delivering an exceptional customer experience. She joined UMB in 2014 and has more than 22 years of experience in the financial services industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Stephen Kitts is executive vice president and manager for UMB Bank, n.a. Capital Markets Division. He is responsible for managing UMB Bank’s fixed income sales and FX trading team.

Paul Williamson joined UMB in 2004 and is currently UMB Bank president for the Colorado region. In this role, he is responsible for strategic development and growth. As a part of this, he leads the commercial banking team andis responsible for all banking, wealth management and retail operations for the region.

Jennifer Boxberger is assistant vice president and senior investment product analyst in UMB’s Private Wealth Management division. In this role, she is responsible for investment manager due diligence on current and prospective investment strategies in support of UMB Private Wealth Management’s Open Architecture platform.

Spencer Berndt is senior vice president and investment products manager in UMB’s Private Wealth Management division. In this role, he leads the team responsible for investment manager due diligence on current and prospective investment strategies.

Null joined UMB in 2008 and is currently VP senior practice solutions relationship manager in UMB’s Business Banking Practice Finance division. In this role, he is responsible for developing new business opportunities as well as maintaining and expanding existing client relationships. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kan. as well as an associate’s degree from Flint Hills Technical College.

Byron Pierce is senior vice president of commercial banking at UMB, and leads a team out of Springfield, Missouri. Following a brief stint in telecommunications sales, Pierce worked as a credit analyst before climbing the ranks to his current role.
