John Russ is president of commercial banking for UMB Bank in Kansas City. He graduated from Drury University in 2002 and began his career at UMB in January 2003. In 2014, John graduated from the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions program.

Matt Clark is Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager for UMB. He is responsible for business development and managing a portfolio of existing UMB commercial customers. He joined the Junior Achievement of Greater Kansas City Board of Directors in 2009 and is currently serving as chairman of the board.

K.C. Mathews joined UMB in 2002. As executive vice president and chief investment officer, he is responsible for the development, execution and oversight of UMB’s investment strategy.

Mr. Kelley is managing director of fixed income at UMB and is responsible for overseeing the product development and management of the fixed income holdings for the Wealth Management division.

UMB Healthcare Services, a division of UMB Bank, n.a., delivers healthcare payment solutions including custodial services for health savings accounts (HSAs) and private label, multipurpose debit cards to insurance carriers, third-party administrators, software companies, employers and financial institutions.

Nicole is senior vice president and territory director for consumer services in the personal banking division. She leads the eastern region's banking centers, including small business banking and benefits banking. She also serves on UMB Financial Corporation's senior leadership team. Nicole joined UMB in 2006 and has 29 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Ram Shankar is executive vice president and chief financial officer for UMB Financial Corporation. He is responsible for corporate and regional finance, corporate treasury, regulatory reporting, strategic planning, and investor relations, as well as management and board reporting.
Ram joined UMB in 2016 and has nearly 20 years of financial services industry experience. Prior to UMB, Ram was managing director of financial planning and analysis and investor relations at First Niagara Financial Group for five years. In that role, he handled corporate and balance sheet strategy, financial and business unit planning and reporting, investor communications and Dodd-Frank Act stress test forecasts. Prior to that, Ram was an equity research analyst covering multi-faceted financial services companies at FBR Capital Markets. He also worked at M&T Bank Corporation in corporate finance and financial planning and analysis functions.
